Every product page shows an estimate before you buy, and your confirmation email has it too. Things made to order take a few extra working days before they're posted.
Yes. As soon as your order is posted you'll get an email, with a tracking link if the delivery service has one. You can also check on it any time from the link in your confirmation email.
Downloads are ready the moment you've paid. You'll find them on the thank-you page, in your email and in your account, and you can download them again whenever you like.
