What even is a risograph?
The loud, messy, lovely machine we print everything on.

A risograph looks like a photocopier but works more like screen printing. Each colour is its own drum of soy ink, and the paper goes through once for every colour.
Why the colours look like that
Riso inks are see-through, so where two overlap you get a third colour. Fluorescent pink over blue makes a purple you can’t get any other way.
Why no two are the same
The layers never line up perfectly, which is half the charm.
